- The 1.5oz bottle is significantly larger than other delay sprays I have tried which are usually 0.5oz or less. The spray works well when applied about 20 minutes before. To minimize transfer, apply the spray 15–30 minutes before activity and allow it to fully absorb. Thai Penis Spray is a general male desensitizer, while Ultra Maximum Delay Spray specifically contains Benzocaine as the active ingredient.
