- Have been using Benzocaine products for a while and this one from Nasswalk is solid. The 5% concentration is the standard and it works reliably. Just apply a couple minutes before and you are good to go. No smell, no mess. Make sure to wash off before any oral activity though since it will numb your partner's mouth. (Posted on 12/30/2025)
