Have been using Benzocaine products for a while and this one from Nasswalk is solid. The 5% concentration is the standard and it works reliably. Just apply a couple minutes before and you are good to go. No smell, no mess. Make sure to wash off before any oral activity though since it will numb your partner's mouth.
Applied a small amount and within a few minutes I could feel the desensitizing effect. The cream is not greasy at all which was important to me. It absorbs into the skin fast and does not leave any residue. Helped me last noticeably longer. The 0.5oz tube is small but you really only need a tiny amount each time.
