- I tried the JO Volt 12V first and found it a bit too intense for my liking so I switched to the 9V and it is absolutely perfect. The buzzing and tingling sensation is strong enough to really feel it working but not so powerful that it becomes uncomfortable. It kicks in within about five minutes and the sensation builds gradually which I really appreciate. The effect lasted about 35 minutes for me. The 2ml travel bottle is small but you literally only need a drop or two so it goes a long way. All natural ingredients and no parabens which I care about. If you have never tried JO Volt before and are unsure whether 6V would be too mild or 12V too intense, the 9V gives you a solid buzzing and tingling experience without being overwhelming.
