Electrolytes are included in Hydration Assist herbal supplement gummy vitamins to support your body and promote adequate hydration. These elderberry-flavored supplement candies may also encourage enhanced recovery from exercise activities and help to balance out your body's natural PH levels, so you can get back to the gym right away! To enhance your absorption and maintain levels, take these vitamin gummy supplements along with your preferred hydration beverage.
I keep these OKAY Hydration Gummies on my desk and have one or two through the day, especially in summer when the office AC dries me out. Elderberry flavor is rich and not too sweet. After a few weeks I noticed I was reaching for plain water more naturally and the late-afternoon dragging energy improved. Not a sports drink replacement, but a great daily nudge for someone who forgets to hydrate. Will reorder.
