Premium Nutrition in a Capsule

Been taking Life Extension Mix for over a year now. The comprehensive formula covers everything from vitamins and minerals to specialty plant extracts. I appreciate the bioactive forms of B vitamins and the inclusion of green tea, broccoli, and fruit extracts. The capsule count is high but the quality justifies it. I take 4 with each meal.

The Most Complete Multi I've Found

I switched to Life Extension Mix about four months ago after comparing dozens of multivitamins. The ingredient quality is outstanding — active B vitamins, plant extracts, and doses that actually matter. Yes, it is 12 capsules a day which takes getting used to, but splitting them across meals makes it manageable. My energy levels and overall well-being have noticeably improved. Worth every penny.
