Noticeable Mood Lift

I started taking D,L-Phenylalanine about three weeks ago after researching amino acid support for mood. The difference has been noticeable — I feel more motivated during the day and my overall outlook has improved. The capsules are easy to swallow and I take one in the morning on an empty stomach as recommended. Good value for 100 capsules.
