I was looking for something to add some excitement to foreplay and Kama Sutra Pleasure Balm delivers exactly that. The spearmint flavor tastes genuinely good not fake at all. The menthol tingle is noticeable but not overwhelming. Applied to nipples it creates an amazing sensation that lasts several minutes.
