The GoodHead Deep Throat Spray in Mystical Mint made a huge difference during oral sex. The mint flavor is actually pleasant and not too strong. After a couple of sprays, the numbing effect helps suppress the gag reflex enough to go deeper without discomfort. The extended nozzle on the spray bottle makes it easy to aim at the back of the throat. My partner absolutely loved the results. Will definitely be reordering this one. (Posted on 3/1/2026)

This spray adds more fun to oral play, especially with the refreshing mint flavor. The desensitizing effect from the Benzocaine is just right — enough to reduce the gag reflex without completely numbing everything. It works quickly, within a minute or two. The spray pump delivers a fine mist, so you do not waste product. Really well made by Doc Johnson. Will try other flavors next. (Posted on 12/4/2018)
